Trips
This Monday, our Upper Sixth embarked on an enlightening trip to the Bosworth Field Visitor Centre, delving into the historic Battle of Bosworth Field, a crucial moment in British history which we have studied for their Common Entrance exam.
The boys enjoyed a captivating walking tour, retracing the steps of Richard III's troops before the battle. They even had the thrill of reenacting pivotal moments from the conflict.
A highlight was the "Battlefield Detective Workshop," where students interacted with artefacts from the battlefield and explored the remains of Richard III, gaining deeper insights into the era's intricacies.
The museum visit provided further understanding of the events leading to the battle and daily life at the time.
Our students' enthusiasm made the trip a resounding success. We extend our gratitude to the Bosworth Field Visitor Centre staff for their hospitality and guidance.
