Early last Tuesday morning eight junior boys accompanied by Mrs Allmond and I headed off to Cheltenham College for an inter-school maths challenge day.
The boys from Year 5 and Year 6 took part in a mind bending medley of problem solving, counting conundrums and awesome arithmetic challenges. The boys were fantastic ambassadors for the school, approaching every task with grit, determination and teamwork. Boosted by a hearty lunch, the limitless use of a hot chocolate machine and giant chocolate muffins, some sensational maths skills were on display and a great day was had by all
