Thomas B for ten years (including an initiative he came up with during Covid) has accompanied his mother and more recently taken an active role in the door to door poppy appeal collection in his village. This year Thomas made a trolley for the job and did all the door knocking and talking. He also took the initiative to take his collection box to the rifle range where he received great support. He raised £140. Thomas has received a huge honour in the form of a Royal British Legion service shield (Service Not Self). This was given to him by the local coordinator, Thomas was also awarded and recognised by his peers in assembly this week. Congratulations Thomas on your achievement and recognition.
