On Friday afternoon the Upper Juniors visited the Hindu Temple in Middleton Stoney to consolidate their study of Hinduism this term. During the visit the boys learnt the importance of worship to a Hindu household. They learnt about the correct name for Hinduism and why it is called Sanathana Dharma. The boys also experienced a workshop of how a moorthi is prepared for the bathing ceremony as well as being given an opportunity to use, hold and look at some of the items used during a prayer or puja.
