Today our Bruern boys visited The Ashmolean Museum, Oxford to view their paintings as part of the Young Art Oxford Exhibition. The paintings were chosen as finalists and have been hung in year groups with other school finalists. After a good look around at all the paintings we wandered through the galleries, had a picnic lunch outside in the sun and hot chocolate in the roof top restaurant. A lovely day was had by all. Well done boys.
This year's theme 'My Future World' provides a wide range of interpretations and gives us a real insight into the minds of our young artists. All money raised from the exhibition will go to children's charities.
The display continues tomorrow, Saturday 18th May.
