The Colts C team finished off the cricket season with a spirited effort against a well-matched Beachborough team. All boys had a chance to play in a variety of roles with many stepping in to play wicket keeper at points, the fielders changing positions on the pitch regularly and all getting a chance to bat.
Despite an unfortunate close loss, there were some excellent performances to round off the season in the form of James B's reactive fielding, Mark R's commanding wicket keeping, Oscar O bowling out a batsman and some great direction and encouragement throughout the game from captain Finlay C. It was an all-round positive final game, and we look forward to returning again next year.
