There are occasions when a team of youngsters do “get it” and play, in the most part, a match they’ve trained for. This occurred on Wednesday, when the senior D team travelled to Beachborough to play their 4th team. The boys took advantage of the pre-match warm up, where they focused on ball control, creating space and passing. They successfully took this into the game and created lots of goal scoring opportunities, two of which resulted in goals before half time. The second half show much the same and they managed to extend their lead by another goal, to make the final score 3-0.
Well done boys, you played really well.
