All boys that have been clay pigeon shooting this term competed in the house shooting competition this week, which involved 3 traps that presented more of a challenge and more variety than the boys are usually accustomed to, which proved to be lots of fun and very engaging! The boys tried their skills on a 'rabbit' style trap, another that arched quite flatly away from the boys and another fast trap that fired directly upwards. All of the boys enjoyed the challenge, but particularly Oscar B and Leo W who achieved the highest scores on the day for the juniors and seniors respectively.
Well done to both, and all of the boys involved!
Please see the list of house results shared.
Please keep a date in your diaries also - the very popular family shooting competition will take place on the 27th September this year; a sign up form will be sent out after half-term with all details about the day included, however if you have any questions about this beforehand, please do get in touch with me (tburns@bruernabbey.org) at your convenience
