After a well deserved half term break the boys were back and ready for their first challenge of the second half of this term, an away fixture at Ashfold. After a quick warm up we were ready. We received the ball from the kick off and after a few quick passes the ball was out on the wing where we created an overlap and scored in the corner. This continued through the game where we were quick at the breakdowns due to the support for the ball runner and moving the ball well and hitting the gaps hard.
All the boys had a great first game back and we certainly carried on from where we left before the half term. Great team spirit within the group and that’ll certainly help as we have some tough matches ahead of us. Next week we travel to Beachborough.
